Just returned from a week long business vacation in California and experienced this bidet at the Miyako Hybrid Hotel south of L.A. and Santa Monica. I picked the hotel for the Japanese bath; I was pleasantly surprised it’s toilet was also a bidet. Now I’m back home across the country, my boyfriend misses this booty and this booty misses this bidet. The control handle attached to the seat was easy to use, the water jetting onto your nether regions was warm and steady (you can adjust the strength) and the cushy seat has built-in warmers (I found myself going to the toilet just to sit on it). I did not try the warm air dryer or feminine wash feature because I’m just now noticing that it has those options. I’m looking to buy this for my condo because my booty misses this bidet.
Bought 2 Bidets, for both bathrooms, they work well, will save in not useing so much toilet paper.
I'm having a shoulder replacement surgery on my dominant arm so I bought this bidet to help me with after surgery however I've installed it already and don't know how I've lived without one! It took about 15 minutes to install and was simple! It's easy to use and does the job! What a treat it is to have a remote to clean my derriere! It could not be easier to use. If you're contemplating making a purchase such as this do not hesitate! I'm sure you'll be just as satisfied as I am.
So far I am happy with the Bidet. It doesn't use a lot of water like manual bidet but it cleans very well, the heated seat and drying functions are also very convenient and efficient. I am not sure if one can go back to toilet paper once they use a bidet.
This bidet is great and everything I was expecting for my first one. The warming seat is probably the best touch. The only downside I can find is that I hate using other toilets now!

This was a great purchase and personal investmemt. It was super simple to install. It has every convenience. 1. I do wish the power cord was longer 2. I wish I had purchased the model with the remote 3. Worshipping the porcelain throne has a whole new meaning :-)

As part of a major, almost complete bathroom makeover prior to moving into our new co-op purchase 4 months ago, we asked our Toto brand plumbing agent on the best add-on bidet and Lotus is the brand they recommend & endorse, easily DIY. Our licensed general contractor did all the hookup, GFIC outlet was already provided so it made things simple, with an extension cord. This has been working flawlessly for 3 months since, no leaks, with electrical on the left side and water tubing on right - fit perfectly over our water-saving Toto toilet with elongated seat/bowl design. Adjust the aim, temperature & tweak the options and it's super easy to use, almost do it by feel & touch alone - to clean & smell fresh after doing no. 2 and even no.1 for female. We like them overseas 12 years ago & missed the option till now. Bonus - especially with the pandemic & TP shortage, we are using much less paper.
The toilet seat opening isn’t as big as I’d like and the spray Nozel that sprays you is a little too close to your behind! Easy to use though
I am 81 years old and not quite sure why I decided to buy this, but I did and now I am really glad I have it ... And I did install it myself no outside help (about 2 hours) ... I was a little skeptical about all the bells and whistles but once I understood made them and tried them they made perfect sense ... I have a little problem seeing out of my right eye so looking down and to the right is hard ... the first two buttons were easy for me to feel but the dryer button gave me a problem, the fix was simple I taped a piece of string to the button "personal problem solved" (actually might be a good design change) ... (see picture) ... Moral of the story; I am happy and have a shinny bright butt!!
Great product. It was easy to install. Boy has it changed my life! I have never felt so clean after a bowel movement as I do now. The warm temperature of the seat and water is just right. I don't have to worry about being blasted with arctic water or volcano hot water! It's very easy to use. The nozzle position can be adjusted so you can target the problem areas for a nice clean feeling. I only really use the regular wash so I can't say much about lady or turbo. Once I started using this, I can't ever go back to toilet paper!
This is my third purchase, and as expected, I'm satisfied.
I bought this for my wife and she is happy with it as long as I keep the controls to a minimum. I set the eco seat heater option on it, showed her how to operate the rest, and I have not heard any complaints. Happy wife, happy life.
Best money spent in our master bathroom remodel
This is easy to clean with features that are easy to understand. Leaves the user feeling more clean. It will leave you feeling clean, but it doesn’t mean it will save you money. I still use toilet paper but not the primary means of cleanliness, but to see if I’m already clean. Therefore, after using the bidet, flushing the toilet, and washing your hands, you’re it saving on water. It has dryer feature, but I hardly use since I want to see if I am clean.
It was perfect however, it only lasted about two years. It's a little pricey for two years. I've tried to figure out how to replace the remote to see if that's the problem and I just can't figure it out. It looks like it's time for a new one. otherwise I would've given it five stars.
I experienced a high-end bidet at a friends house and knew I needed one. After research, I settled on this product as it had a great price and all the expensive features. It has not disappointed and all my house guests love it.
I've had it for four years, and it's still going strong. I am actually coming here to buy another for my new houses second bathroom. Paid for itself multiple times just in toilet paper savings. Which has an added bonus being on a septic that there's no paper filing that up, so saving even more on not needing it pumped.
First month: still working strong and not feeling any buyers remorse. Silly as it sounds I love my toilet seat First week: south park nailed it when they made jokes about owning a bidet. It's wonderful! Seat functions perfectly, I feel cleaner and the turbo (enema) helps get things moving when you need to get things done or your guts are not feeling well. I don't like the anti slam lid because it moves so slow and I've never been one to slam lids in the first place. But it does all I ask worth the money. Day: 1 I had experienced this bidet when I was in Korea and it got the job done. I'm glad to have it in a language I can read and just working just fine. You need a moderately price once this one is meeting my needs. If any thing changes I will update this review.
First the remote stopped functioning after 1 year, then the entire system stopped after 2 years: no heated seat or water. Would not purchase this brand again.

Worth the money! My elderly mom suffers from chronic diarrhea. Due to the constant wiping all day her booty gets chapped and gets sores. I love that it rinses her and dries her so that she doesn’t have to wipe as much which means no pain. Great investment and I highly recommend!

The installation was very easy. The heated seat and water are a very nice feature. The only criticism I have for the unit is the stream is not super strong or is pretty small in relation to the diameter of the spray. I rated it a five stars still because the bidet is in my wife’s bathroom and she absolutely loves it.

I bought this for my husband as a gift....he got me a squatting stool and I got him this, lol! He's struggled with some hemorrhoids and found wiping to be very sensitive and painful at times. After having visited Europe and Asia, I noticed they always had bidets. I was curious, but couldn't bring myself to do use it in a public setting. So anyways, I thought it might really help my hubby. Let me tell you.....he is in love with that thing!!! 😅 He's been raving about it to everyone! And so I tried it....oh, yes! It is indeed luxurious and wonderful! From the heated seat, heated water and heated air with just a small toilet paper to check!!! Fantastic! We now plan on getting another for our other bathroom as well!!!

This was the third bidet I tried to install on my toilet. I chose it cuz of the “works for 99% of toilets advertising” and hoped it would finally be the one for mine. Low and behold, it fits PERFECTLY and even better - it took five min to set up. The other ones were way more complex and ended up not even fitting

Tmi coming...I had a bilateral mastectomy and was unable to wipe myself for a while. I refused to allow my husband so this was what we got. I do wish we had gotten the one with the remote, however once you learn the order it's quite easy. Very happy with thus. Warm sear, warm water, heater to blow dry. Love it.
This is our first bidet, and I can see it has many extra features and will say having a bidet is amazing. hands down. However, this product is deceptive to say it's made for elongated toilets. Round and Oval are two different shapes, so to make this work you will need to mount it 2" forward on the bowl. This is a problem as you are now doing your "business" 2 inches in front of the toilet drain. Sorry to be graphic but ur gonna smell what would naturally be submerged - therefor this is not designed to work with an elongated toilet. I will keep it because I'm too lazy to research another but now an extra flush is needed and it does look odd with the seat up sitting so far forward. The other miss is they could have used those 2 inches for a larger warm water tank! If you are wondering if it's worth the cost for heated water and seat and all the electronics...they are truly extras that don't improve the function but I'm so glad to. have them, don't hesitate on whatever model you buy to get the extras if you can connect to a electrical outlet.
Upgraded from basic cold water bidet...works great but, to be honest it doesn't fit a round shaped toilet bowl that well though it is still usable
Had shoulder surgery and it was a life saver. Purchasing these for my kids and they are hooked.
