This is the second time I’ve had to replace this lid. That’s why I bought two this time. Nobody sat on it or leaned on it. Should not be braking at the hinge.

귀사의 제품 (ATS-500/500R) 4개를 샀는데 그중 3개가 커버의 같은 부분인 오른쪽 힌지 부분이 파손됐다. 이 정도면 구조적으로 문제가 있는 것이라고 보아도 무방하다. 설계를 변경하고 금형을 새로 만들어서라도 개선하길 바란다. 한국제품이기에 애정을 갖고 드리는 고언이다.

I think you should redesign the toilet seat lid this is the second one I’ve had to buy because they split at the soft clothes side of the lid, seemed like a lousy design to me

I think the toilet seat 25 was fine but I think your shipping is a little high. If you could work on that I’d be much happier thanks David overall I would say the product is fine. It was just the shipping was high.
